If the Google Workspace service unable to connect successfully, please follow the check order below to troubleshoot the issue.


Step 1.

Check if the device that is using Google Workspace can access the Internet (e.g. Browse the FB or IG, receive Outlook letters...). If other network services are not working, please check the network connection of your device.


Step 2.

If you are using the school network, you can connect to the school system ( e.g. school homepage, moodle ... ) to see if the school service can be connected and the off-campus service is unavailable. If the school services are available connected and the off-campus service is unavailable, there may have problems with the external backbone connection of the school ( or academic network ). Please dial 06-2757575*61010 to check it during office hours.


Step 3.

If all web services are available, but only all/some of Google Workspace services are not available, click the Google Workspace Status Dashboard to confirm the inquiry.
